Jika aplikasi tersebut tidak dapat di-install, ikuti langkah berikut:

  1. Pilih Setting pada menu ponsel/tablet Android.
  2. Pilih Applications.
  3. Centang pada “Unknown Source”. Jika ada peringatan, klik “OK”.
  4. Download aplikasi IHG-App melalui ponsel/tablet Android.
  5. Setujui permission yang diminta oleh aplikasi.
  6. Selesai! Aplikasi IHG-App sudah terpasang di ponsel/tablet Android.
